Nivin Pauly to enter OTT with Pharma. Renowned Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly is set to make his debut on the OTT platform with the upcoming Disney+ Hotstar series "Pharma," as revealed in an announcement by the streaming service.

The series is helmed by PR Arun, the director behind acclaimed films like "Finals" and "Rampunthanavaruthi," and it is produced by Movie Mill.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the project, Nivin Pauly, celebrated for his roles in hit films such as "Kayamkulam Kochunni," "Bangalore Days," and "Premam," stated, "I'm really excited to be a part of 'Pharma' and the universe it creates. I believe it's a story that must be told and shared."

Director PR Arun shared that "Pharma" draws inspiration from hundreds of true stories and is a narrative that is deeply personal and close to his heart.

Adding to the ensemble cast is popular Hindi cinema actor Rajit Kapur, who will be playing a pivotal role in the series. His association with "Pharma" marks his return to the Malayalam industry after a hiatus of a decade. Rajit Kapur expressed his excitement about joining the project, saying, "I am excited to be a part of 'Pharma,' marking 25 years since my role in 'Agnisakshi.' I am eager to collaborate with P. R. Arun and the talented team from Kerala. I have faith in the well-prepared producers and their extensive research."

The "Pharma" team boasts a talented crew, with Abhinandan Ramanujam serving as the cinematographer, Jakes Bejoy as the music director, and Sreejith Sarang handling the editing, promising a high-quality production for viewers to look forward to.
