Director Ajay Bhupathi's ‘Mangalavaaram' is going to arrive at the cinemas on November 17 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. Its trailer is out.

The trailer, despite having too little dialogue, communicates a range of emotions and sentences. The unspoken word is the most audible one, they say. Throughout the course of the trailer, the scary visuals are effectively backed by villagers who look extremely frightened for real.

Payal Rajput's sense of dread is the most affecting one. Her trauma feels intimate and real. Her track seems to take place in a relatively calmer setting. As the conflict point starts unfolding in her segment, the mood turns tense.

In a number of ways, the 'RX 100' director has made it clear that he has figured out how to establish the mood, dial-up emotions and heighten tension. ‘Kantara’ fame Ajaneesh Loknath lends his story what was most needed - a subdued score that doesn't speak at the top of its voice.

Chaitanya Krishna, Ajay Ghosh, Laxman and many others play pivotal roles in the film. Producers Swathi Gunupati and Suresh Varma M of Mudhra Media Works have produced the movie along with A Creative Works.
