Manoj Bajpayee updates on Family Man 3. Manoj Bajpayee has recently provided insights into the much-anticipated Season 3 of The Family Man, stirring up excitement among eager fans awaiting its release next year. The acclaimed actor shared details about his character, Srikant Tiwari, and disclosed the filming location for the upcoming season.

In a recent interview, Manoj Bajpayee revealed, “We will commence shooting at the end of February, and this time we will predominantly film in the North-East. We will seamlessly pick up the narrative from where we left off in the last season. I can assure you that this time, The Family Man will surpass the previous season in grandeur. It will be both beautiful and intense. Fresh circumstances and situations will unfold. Srikant Tiwari is at a juncture in his life where his children have grown, and Srikant himself has aged a bit, but challenges persist.”

Manoj Bajpayee shed light on the reasons behind the delay in the production of The Family Man Season 3, stating, “Raj and DK (the series' creators) are not inclined to rush into Season 3. It took us three years to transition from Season 1 to Season 2. So, please grant us that time for Season 3. When we do unveil Season 3, I promise the surprise element will be just as high as Season 2, if not more.”

Addressing the compensation aspect, Mano Bajpayee made candid remarks during an appearance on the Unfiltered by Samdish YouTube channel earlier this year. When asked if he received fees on par with Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan for The Family Man, he dismissed the notion, stating, “OTT platforms are no different from regular producers. They pay substantial amounts to big stars. I did not receive the remuneration I deserved for The Family Man.” In a surprising revelation, he added, “If a white actor comes and does the show, they will pay more. Brands establish factories in China for cheap labor, and similarly, I am the 'cheap labor' here.”

Manoj Bajpayee's candid insights into both the creative process and the economic dynamics of the industry contribute to the ongoing discourse surrounding OTT platforms and their impact on talent compensation.
