Mahesh engaged to Heroine!

Mahesh has made it official. Mahesh Bhupathi's twitter says, ‘So Lara and me got engaged in NY last week’, and Lara happily retweeted with a smiley. 

In the past, the two have remained tight lipped about their relationship and beyond the public signs of affection they have never acknowledged that they are a couple. Mahesh and Lara were frequently seen together at many award shows and other public appearances and set many tongues wagging.  They had even been rumored to be living together, yet they had been quick to rubbish all rumors that they were a couple. 

Bhupathi divorced with his first wife Shvetha Jaishankar before hooking up with former Miss Universe Lara Dutta. Clearly, they two are ‘in love’, and are now happy to tell the world about it. Now, just wait for wedding bells to ring on…
