Fresh off the release of "Vettaiyan" directed by TJ Gnanavel in October, he's gearing up to captivate audiences with "Coolie", an action-packed entertainer helmed by the rising star director Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Rajinikanth has recently landed in Hyderabad for the latest schedule of "Coolie". Filming is currently underway on extravagant sets erected at Ramoji Film City. The buzz is that Shruti Haasan, daughter of legendary actor Kamal Haasan, will be playing the female lead. Notably, Lokesh Kanagaraj delivered a massive hit with "Vikram" starring Kamal Haasan.
