Aadhi Long Delayed Horror Thriller Locks Release Date

Aadhi's horror thriller Sabdham, directed by Arivazhagan, is set to release on February 28, 2025. This Tamil-Telugu bilingual film reunites Aadhi and Arivazhagan, who previously collaborated on the critically acclaimed 2009 horror film Eeram.

Starring Lakshmi Menon, Laila, and Simran in pivotal roles, Sabdham's teaser hints at a chilling narrative. Aadhi plays a teacher investigating eerie incidents within a college, triggered by a woman's suicide. The film explores an emotional undercurrent, a hallmark of Arivazhagan's direction, evident in Eeram / Vaishali and inspired by M Night Shyamalan's Sixth Sense.

Arivazhagan's production venture, backed by 7G Films and Aalpha Frames, boasts a talented technical crew. S Thaman composes the music, Arun Bathmanaban handles cinematography, and Sabu Joseph VJ edits. Thaman and Arivazhagan previously collaborated on Eeram, Vallinam, and Aarathu Sinam.
