AP govt allows extra shows and ticket rates hike for Sankranthi releases.  Tollywood which has been at the receiving end from the Revanth Reddy led Telangana government, got a delightful news from the Chandra Babu led Andhra Pradesh government. It is known that top stars films are releasing during Sankranti and with no ticket rates hike and extra shows or benefit shows, the producers make huge losses.

The makers of Ram Charan's Game Changer, Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaj, Venkatesh's Sankranthiki Vasthunnaam experienced sleepless moments. Recently Dil Raju met AP Dy CM Pawan Kalyan seeking favourable decision regarding ticket rates hike and extra shows.

Now his meeting brought favourable results. Government passed a GO allowing the following increase in ticket rates.
