Boyapati shot scenes featuring thousands of Aghoras for Akhanda Thandavam

Akhanda Taandavam is capturing the imagination of all ever since its announcement. Expectations are high as the film is the sequel to the blockbuster film Akhanda starring Natasimham Balakrishna in the lead.

The makers created a sensation by kickstarting the regular shoot at the spiritual and most revered Maha Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Though Balakrishna did not participate in the shoot, Boyapati Srinu shot many scenes featuring thousands of aghoras at the Kumbh Mela.

Boyapati even took important scenes at the popular ghat and also its footage for further usage. The makers are expected to go to Prayagraj once again. The film revolves around mainly on Aghora played by Balakrishna and the developments when the evil forces unite to take on the aghora who inturn goes on a mission to acuire the goldy powers.

Thaman is the music director for the film which stars Pragya Jaiswal as the female lead.
