Sukumar Joins Hands with Dil Raju for Selfish

Director Sukumar, who was busy with Pushpa 2, is now free and set to collaborate with Dil Raju on the movie Selfish. The film, which was previously stalled, is being revived with Sukumar's involvement. Selfish is a low-budget movie being produced by Sukumar Writings and Sri Venkateswara banners, with Dil Raju at the helm. The movie stars Ashish Reddy, Dil Raju's brother Sirish's son, and Ivana as the lead pair.

Sukumar's disciple Kashi Vishal is directing the movie, which is a love story set in the backdrop of the old town. The film is expected to be a mass entertainer, with a song from the movie already released. However, due to various reasons, the shooting of the movie was stopped midway. Dil Raju is now planning to make some changes to the script and making style, and Sukumar is lending his expertise to the project.

With Sukumar on board, expectations are high that the movie will be completed soon. Ashish Reddy, who has another film in hand, is eagerly awaiting the release of Selfish. Dil Raju's previous films, Rowdy Boys and Love Me If You Dare, did not fare well, and it remains to be seen how Selfish will perform at the box office.

Sukumar's involvement in Selfish is expected to bring a new dimension to the film. His recent success with Pushpa 2, which broke the record of Baahubali 2 with a collection of 1850 crores, has raised expectations for his upcoming projects.
