Joju George talks about Suriya Retro. Suriya is starring in Retro under the direction of Karthik Subbaraj. Joju George who is playing a key role in Retro, speaking to scribes shared the secrets.

He said "I'm thrilled to work with Suriya Sir and to collaborate with Karthik again (after Jagame Thandhiram). Karthi is one of my best friends. It's going to be a great movie, and I'm excited to be part of such a big project. My character plays a very important role in the film",

Joju George recently made his directorial debut with Pani. Speaking about his debut venture said "I had been planning this for the last few years, as I wanted to venture into the commercial movie space—hence, Pani." He added , "For me, it all comes down to the script, and the director is key when deciding on a project. If the director is good, there's no need for further discussion; otherwise, I carefully evaluate the script before committing."

Joju added  "I focus on the script. If I like it, I prepare for the movie by working closely with the director. It's the research I do for the film that helps me get into the role. I don't believe in relying solely on talent; I keep studying and working hard."
