Tollywood to felicitate Padma Bhushan Balakrishna. All the Nandamuri fans got a delightful news when PM Modi led Union Government decided to confer the prestigious Padma Bhushan award to Balakrishna. They have been celebrating from then on and congratulatory messages started pouring in from all quarters.

Now reports are coming that the Tollywood fraternity is planning grand felicitation for Padma Bhushan Balakrishna on his achievement. The industry will decide on the date and venue and officially announce the details of the felicitation ceremony.

Balakrishna represents Hindupur constituency as MLA and he as the head of the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital has been doing immense social service to the poor and needy. Apart from it on the film front he scored resounding hits with films like Akhanda, Veera Simha Reddy, Bhagavanth Kesari and now recently Daaku Maharaaj.

He is now busy with his upcoming project Akhanda Thaandavam which is progressing in full swing under the direction of Boyapati Srinu.
