Prithviraj Sukumaran on his role SSMB29

All eyes are on Super Star Mahesh Babu and World Class Director Rajamouli's upcoming project referred to SSMB29. Even before the film went to sets, rumours spread about the film's cast and crew.

Reports came that Rajamouli planned to rope in Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran for an important role. later reports came that Prithviraj Sukumaran couldn't sign the project and so Rajamouli roped in Bollywood actor John Abraham. Apart from it, reports also spread that Deepika Padukone,the global beauty will be the female lead.

In the midst of all this, Prithviraj Sukumaran speaking to scribes, threw light on the project.He said “Everyone seems to know more about the film than I do. See, nothing has been confirmed yet; there are a lot more things to be discussed. So yeah, once everything is in place, we’ll see,"

The film will be released in two parts and the first part will be out in 2027 and the second part will be released in 2029. Rumours have it that Mahesh Babu's role will be inspired by Lord Hanuman.
