Rashmika Supernatural Horror Comedy Thamma Now Streaming

Rashmika Mandanna’s latest film, Thamma, is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video in Telugu and Hindi, following a successful theatrical run. Initially accessible on a rental basis since December 2, 2025, the film is now open to all Prime Video subscribers as of December 16, 2025. 

Thamma blends supernatural thrills with humor, making it a unique addition to the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe (MHCU), which includes hits like Stree, Munjya, and Bhediya. The film, directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, with supporting performances by Paresh Rawal and Faisal Malik. 

Special appearances include Varun Dhawan, Abhishek Banerjee, Nora Fatehi, and Malaika Arora. The story follows Alok (Ayushmann), humanity’s last hope, and Tadaka (Rashmika), a mystical being, as they battle Yakshasan (Nawazuddin), a dark ruler threatening the world.

Thamma hit theaters on October 21, 2025, during Diwali, and though it received mixed reviews, it was a moderate box office success, grossing ₹187 crore worldwide. The film’s digital debut allows fans to dive into its supernatural adventures from home. With its mix of horror, romance, and comedy, Thamma is a thrilling watch for fans of the genre.
