Shilpa Shetty reacts to the case against her Bastian Bengaluru

Recently reports came that a case has been filed against two clubs in Bengaluru and that includes Bastian Garden City co owned by Shilpa Shetty for operating beyong the stipulated hours.

IT conducted raids on the Bastian Garden City situated at the Church Gate, Bengaluru. Reacting to it, Shilpa posted"We categorically deny the baseless and motivated allegations being circulated. The issues sought to be raised are being given a criminal colour without any lawful basis. A Quashing Petition has already been filed before the Hon'ble High Court and is pending adjudication (sic)."

Bastian Garden City is run by Bastian Hospitality, founded by businessman Ranjit Bindra. Shetty reportedly invested in the venture in 2019 and holds a 50 per cent stake in the establishment.

Following the CCTV footage which showed a late-night incident at the pub around 1.30 am on December 11, the officials took the subsequent action.
