AP government issues GO permitting a massive hike in The Raja Saab ticket rates

Prabhas' The Raja Saab directed by Maruthi is racing for a spectacular release on 9 Jan 2026.

The makers of The Raja Saab have already applied for hike in ticket rates for the premiers and the first week with the governments of two Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

According to the latest, AP government issued a GO permitting a steep hike for the ticket rates of The Raja Saab. As per the GO, the following rates will be applicable for The Raja Saab.

In single screens the rates are increased by Rs 150 and in multiplexes by Rs 200. Following this single screens tickets are priced at Rs297 and multiplexes are priced at Rs 317.These rates are applicable for the first ten days. The goverment also permitted five shows every day.

The government also permitted premier shows on 8 Jan, one day before the release between 6 PM to Midnight and the tickets are priced at Rs 1000 including GST.

The Raja Saab stars Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads and the music is scored by Thaman.
