Netflix Unveiled Teaser Of Its First Telugu Series Super Subbu

Netflix's first Telugu original series, Super Subbu, is generating buzz with its quirky teaser. Sundeep Kishan headlines the show, created and directed by Mallik Ram, known for Tillu Square. The series promises a hilarious ride with Sundeep Kishan as Subbu, a young man navigating rural chaos and taboo comedy.

Sundeep Kishan plays Subbu, tired of his father's strict control, who takes up a teaching job. His father, played by Murali Sharma, notes that Subbu has been rejected by 60 girls. A match is fixed with a girl played by Manasa Chaudhary, but the marriage is approved only if he gets a permanent job. Brahmanandam posts Subbu to Maakipur, a naive rural area, to teach sex education.

The teaser showcases Sundeep Kishan's character struggling to manage villagers and explain sex education, fuelling the comedy. Sampoornesh Babu, Hyper Aadi, and Getup Srinu play supporting roles. Mithila Palkar makes her Telugu debut as the female lead, and her chemistry with Sundeep Kishan looks intriguing.

The series tackles a delicate topic with comedy, promising an entertaining watch. With a talented cast and Mallik Ram's direction, Super Subbu could bring Sundeep Kishan back into the spotlight.
