Rasthtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) completed 100 years and on the occasion many films are ccming from the makers to showcase the organisation's achievements and struggles and path to glory.
One such film is Shatak which is releasing on 19 Feb 2026. The makers released the film's teaser which narrated RSS' history from 1925 until 2025, marking its centenary year. Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar founded the organisation on September 27, 1925.
The teaser also showed Emergency, the ban enforced at different periods, and RSS. ' role in the independence movement. The movie seeks to depict the organisation's growth over a century, its values, and its impact on Indian society.
The film comes with the tagline Na Ruke, Na Thake, Na Jhuke. Conceptualised by Anil D Agarwal, Shatak has been directed by Aashish Mall, produced by Vir Kapur, and co-produced by Aashish Tiwari.
Ajay Devgn shared Shatak teaser and posted “RSS ko sau saal poore hone par dher saari badhaaiyan! Inn sau saalon mein rashtra nirmaan mein sangh ka bada yogdaan raha hai. Iss kaam par aur roshni daalne aa rahi hai film #Shatak. Yeh rahi uski pehli jhalak.”
