Canada distributor on Jana Nayagan release. Thalapathy Vijay's Jana Nayagan's release is turning out to be a mystery. Even as the makers are trying their best to resolve the differences with the Censor Board by withdrawing the case and going for mutual settlement, it seems the film's release will not be happening in near future.

A Canadian Distributor York Cinemas shared that the release will not happen before 30 April 2026. In its brief statement, the distributor wrote, “Dear Patrons, please note that the movie Jana Nayagan will not be released before April 30th (sic).”
