Rana compared with Nag & Venky

Debut of Rana with ‘Leader’ was appreciable while second, third films ‘Dum Maro Dum’ and ‘Nenu Naa Rakshasi’ degraded him to the lowest level. Given the kind of family background from where Rana arrived in acting career, an obvious comparison with his forebears like Venkatesh and Nagarjuna is made by public. Few of the film pundits infer that Rana’s present position is far better than Venky and Nag’s performances in their start up movies.

In fact the young hero is acknowledged as a better and focused artist than his progenitors. Times when Venkatesh and Nagarjuan entered the field, there was enough space and sufficient time for them to learn acting and then improve themselves only with experience. In difference this generation is filled with breakneck competition and every movie is like a final exam to pass. So, Rana needs to gear up himself to make a position of his own in the industry.
