Pregnancy Clause for heroines!

Film maker Madhur Bhandarkar’s hue and cry on Aishwarya Rai’s hidden pregnancy making him suffer a loss of Rs.6 Crores for ‘Heroine’ project is taken seriously by many other film producers in Indian film industry.  Though few artists refused to comment on it, there are producers who are seriously thinking of adding a pregnancy clause in the agreement which they make heroines sign before accepting the venture. 

Here is Hyderabad girl in B-town Dia Mirza her views. ‘As an actor, physical attributes are very important for a movie. I don’t think it is unfair for a production house to have certain clauses. There are few things which sound terrible and inhuman but its business after all.’ Great business sense lady!

Who knows Aish might become a lesson for producers who might pressurize other married heroines not to go for pregnancy when working for their movie.
