When whole State is reeling under the floods, especially Kurnool, Krishna, Mahaboob nagar, Guntur and Nalgonda districts being worst hit and people with their submerged houses and nothing to eat are praising for the helping hands, it forms the duty of every citizen to lay their helping hand.
