Naidu puts Super Star Krishna in Trouble

The Land deal strike by Super Star Krishna during the regime of Late CM YSR is now brining Padmalaya Studios in big trouble. Legislative Affairs Minister D. Sridhar Babu on Thursday assured the House that State Government would issue a statement in connection with regard in allotment of land to Padmayala Studios and other companies.

Raising the issue in State Legislative Assembly, Telugu Desam Party leader N. Chandrababu Naidu demanded a judicial probe into all the land allotments. Quoting media reports, he said that it was said to be a land allotment scam of Rs. 2,030 Crores in which one minister, one former district collector and three RDOs were involved. He said that the TDP was ready to prove the charges with evidence.

Naidu wondered as to how the report sent by the Chief Commissioner Land Administration about the issue did not reach the government but it reached the media. He said that the scam took place when Dharmana Prasad Rao was holding the Revenue Department portfolio. Besides judicial enquiry, Naidu also demanded that the issue be debated in the House.
