Tough Fight for Rajamouli

Tomorrow will be a big day for Rajamouli because his first ever Bollywood film ‘Makkhi,’ the dubbed version of ‘Eega’ will be hitting the screens amidst tough competition. Yes, there are nearly half a dozen of new flicks to attack on this tiny ‘Makkhi’ which include ‘Bhoot Returns’ of Ramgopal Varma followed by Rani Mukehrjee’s ‘Aiyyaa,’ talented Manoj Bajpai’s ‘Chittagong,’ Chandrachur Singh’s ‘Prema Mayee’ and also an art flick ‘In the Name of Tai.’ However, there are ‘Barfi,’ ‘English Vinglish’ and ‘Oh My God’ sustained in the market to post a big challenge.   

Fortunately, Rajamouli used his wits to grab the big share of attention in North by winning the love of stars like Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan who are spelling good word about ‘Makkhi’ on Twitter. Even a critic like Taran Adarsh has given a never seen rating for this flick after watching in a special premier. Let us wish Rajamouli, a very all the best.
