‘Boochi’ or ‘Bhoot Returns’ released yesterday with a weak talk all over the country seems to be one more disappointing venture from most promising director Ramgopal Varma. The way many have expected too much about this maverick film maker to comeback strongly with a hit flick, are left unconvinced with the kind of climax and length of the movie (just 90 minutes) offered.

Even some critics went onto confirm that RGV is no more the same man from whom we can hope for a ‘Shiva’ or ‘Satya.’ ‘He is bankrupt in ideas and reached a point of no return,” was one of the popular views. May be that is the reason why, ‘Boochi’ was lest preferred and was only the next preference to ‘Brothers’ for Telugu movie lovers. Even in Bollywood, the Hindi version ‘Bhoot Returns’ was rated as insignificant release. Is this the final decaying stage of brand RGV?
