No Problem with Mega Experiments?

Don’t blame it on audience or their thinking levels. While Kollywood heroes are continuously experimenting with never seen and never heard innovative concepts like DNA manipulation and Human Genetics, we Tollywood still remain with old formula stories revolving around revenge and action drama or at maximum sweet romantic tales.     

Yesterday’s release of ‘Brothers’ is one more superb research done by Kollywood Mega Hero Suriya, director KV Anand on science and its amalgamation with International cold war politics. Although the range and span of story is of International standards, this will be obviously a tough cracker for our South. In the past ‘7th Sense’ is also one such trail from Suriya and Murugadoss which tasted an average result. But, Suriya seems to have never lost his confidence on changing the trend and ‘Brothers’ continued to show his strength and conviction. Our Telugu heroes/producers/directors may not necessarily exactly follow Suriya, at least grabbing a smaller portion of his thoughts might give us one or two meaningful films. Star Directors and Star Heroes should take the initiative.
