Dasari Justifies 'Vishwaroopam' Release

Dasari Narayana Rao is not only a legendary film maker but he also has good touch on the pulse of Telugu audience. Studying the trend all the way from times of SVR, NTR, ANR to present day's youthful concepts is the show of his experience. Although, Dasari could not afford for the Nizam rights of 'Naayak,' he was successful in getting his own share for Pongal festival by releasing 'Vishwaroopam' of Kamal Hasan.

Analysts feel that, Dasari can use his influence to reserve the needed number of theatres making it comfortable for Kamal Hasan on the part of theatre count. By any chance, if Tamil or Hindi versions get negative talk on release day, definitely postponement of Telugu version will cause huge loss to Kamal. So, a better option will be to plan the simultaneous Telugu version release for Pongal for which Kamal has agreed to. Now, it is left on the part of Dasari to keep the film strong in market competing with 'Naayak' and 'SVSC.' This is definitely a justifiable move from Dasari one has to agree because Pongal provides space for any number of big tickets.
