Dasari Attacks on 'Boothu' Cinema

If Ramgopal Varma praised the talent of director Maruthi for making 5D cameras more popular in film making, the matter is constrained only to technical excellence and the way budget was controlled in shaping 'Ee Rojullo' as a commercially hit project. It is unfortunate to state that, both 5D and youth oriented 'Boothu' content have equally lured the new producers and directors to make speed money.

Post 'Ee Rojullo' and 'Bus Stop,' the flood of perevrted Telugu movies is unstoppable. Reacting on this unhealthy trend Dasari stated, 'till date, I was continuously supporting the small budgeted movies and producers. But, I am completely distressed with the row of 'Boothu' films releasing these days. The very meaning of Cell-Phone and SIM Card are changed with double meaning dialogues. Such makers do not understand the difference between Love and Lust.'
