Last Stop of 'Chennai Express'

The flawless star power in the name of Shah Rukh Khan has covered all the flaws in his recent release of ‘Chennai Express.’ Directed by Rohit Shetty with Deepika Padukone as heroine, this is a revamped version of many South hit films packed together in one Bollywood flick. Even then, the movie is sailing smooth at Box Office thrashing many records. 

With last week’s new release of ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobara’ taking the center stage, trade sources have seen a drastic fall in collections of ‘Chennai Express.’ After cashing on the empty Eid season, now the speed of SRK’s express is slowing down. Till date, the movie has reached the mark of Rs.175 Crores in domestic market while the standard remained above Rs. 75 Crores. So, overall the revenues stand at Rs.250 Crores as of now. Is Rs.300 Crores the lasts top of ‘Chennai Express’?
