Court Gives Shock to Nagarjuna

Nagarjuna’s richest property of N Convention which is into severe controversies in last few weeks regarding the encroachment into Gurukul Trust Lands has gone into legal troubles. While GHMC Officials have entered into N Convention premises to mark 3 acres of land as encroached, Nag knocked the doors of High Court for justice. In a shocking twist, High Court has ordered GHMC to first issue the notices to all the land owners who have illegally occupied these lands and later after the prescribed period, dismantling should be done.

This means, GHMC is most likely to issue fresh notices to all the illegal occupants with a prescribed time period for evacuation. Later these constructions will be brought to ground. Let us see, will Nag meet Telangana CM KCR for an amicable solution or lose hundreds of Crores worth property.
