Failed to Gain on 'Power' Absence

Release postponement of Raviteja’s ‘Power’ by one week has made a good number of producers to get hurried on releasing their small budget films in haste. So, this week there were less prominent movies like ‘Boochamma Boochodu, Kiraak, Raja Mahal, Ganapathi Bappa Moriya’ have hit the theatres with very less buzz. Luckily except Shivaji’s film, none of them could even push the reviewers to theaters. Having known that ‘Boochamma’ is doing a little well on collection front, all others have totally failed.

While ‘Kiraak’ has nothing new in it with a routine screenplay and not so good performances from artists, ‘Raja Mahal’ is heard to be a complete scrap. Later on, ‘Ganapathi Bappa Moriya’ is although having an emotional subject, the treatment and production values are said to be the weakest killing the movie. Moreover, none of these producers have flushed money for promotions which let their movies to disappear from theatres in less than a week.
