'Bahubali' 100 Crs Possible Here

What would be the maximum potential of a super hit Telugu cinema within two Telugu speaking states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana? Well, there are so many limitations to answer this. We have seen films like ‘Magadheera, Aththaritniki Daaredi’ setting new benchmarks to define a commercial Telugu cinema. This time, ‘Bahubali’ broke everything and is still on the sail throwing a challenge to top Tollywood/Bollywood stars.

According to a latest trade report, ‘Bahubali’ is almost nearing to touch 100 Crores share in two Telugu states. This is a whopping spectacle which isn’t expected. However, the charisma of Prabhas, Rana and brand value of SS Rajamouli helped the film to break every record established. Not alone Nizam, every area of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have showed substantial margins from the old records.

For Hindi cinema to reach 100 Crores mark, it took lots of time. But within very few years after Hindi films frequently surpassing the century milestone, it's Tamil and Telugu cinemas easily achieving this rare feat. That is why ‘Bahubali’ became an Indian pride, say South Indian pride.
