Rajinikanth Kabali Controversy!

Super Star Rajinikanth’s new movie in direction of Ranjith Pa seems to be struck in a controversy. Ever since, title of this film is announced as ‘Kabali’ based on the real life story of Southern Chennai Mafia Don Kabaleeswaran, there was so much of appreciations poured in. In fact, the project would have run into controversy then and there but it took some time.

According to Chennai reports, ‘Kabali’ title has already been registered by another producer Siva Kumar. ‘We started shooting of the film long back and 90 percent of production is done. I personally registered ‘Kabali’ title. So, they cannot use the same for Rajinikanth movie,’ Siva Kumar informed media.

Immediately, Rajinikanth’s producer Kalaipuli S Thanu sprung into the scene to offer clarity. ‘I registered ‘Kabali’ title with Producers Council, Producers Guild and also with Film Chamber. The title was available in Film Chamber and we checked all the official modalities before locking it. There will not be any problem with ‘Kabali’ title and it is finalized for Rajinikanth only,’ Kalaipuli explained. We need to wait and see, how ‘Kabali’ title controversy ends.
