Two super stars of South Indian cinema, Rajinikanth and Chiranjeevi are forever the best openers in Indian cinema. Mere name of these two is enough for collections to roar. After a good gap and witnessing a failure with ‘Lingaa,’ Super Star Rajinikanth is all set to entertain us as ‘Kabali’ in direction of Pa. Ranjith. The film is currently shot in Chennai at a rapid pace. As soon as Rajini wraps up ‘Kabali’ schedule in Chennai, the team will move to Malaysia in next 10 to 15 days.
If Rajini’s ‘Kabali’ is the buzz topic in Tamil circles, Chiranjeevi’s cameo in Ramcharan’s ‘Bruce Lee’ is one of the highly discussed subjects in both Telugu speaking states. If reports are to be believed, Srinu Vytla is planning one week schedule with Chiranjeevi where in an action block and a song will be shot. For shooting the action block, they have finalized Begumpet Aerodrome as the location and necessary permissions are also taken care of.
While ‘Bruce Lee’ is to hit the screens on October 16th, the release date of ‘Kabali’ is almost locked for next year early Pongal season.
