Summer Effect Helps Vishal!

Vishal and Catherine Tresa starrer ‘Kathakali’ released yesterday in theaters is said to have opened decently. Despite this is a dubbing flick from Tamil to Telugu and not in regular commercial genre, audiences have been enough liberal because Vishal is a more known face here and his films guarantee enough thrills every time. ‘Kathakali’ is a murder mystery mixed with family drama with twists and turns keeping viewers on edge of the seat.

Directed by Pandiraj, the movie fared to average in Kollywood. Keeping the Tamil result in relative comparison, this is a decent start for Telugu version in spite of a pretty long delayed release. More than overall revenues on day one, summer factor and completion of exams for Intermediate and others class students can be advantageous.

As temperatures are soaring high, people generally look for air conditioning theaters screening new movies to spend their time. ‘Kathakali’ is best bet for this week and so the revenues may scale up today and tomorrow.
