Vishal Doing A Film For Free!

More than as an actor, Vishal is also a member of Nadigar Sangham holding prestigious position in Administrative Committee. He is currently occupied with the release of ‘Marudhu’ in Tamil on 20th May while dubbed Telugu version ‘Rayudu’ is yet to lock a date. However, the subject of interest for now is the kind of charity, fund raising works initiated by Vishal for helping the retired actors and unifying the entire South Indian cinema industry actors under one roof.

Nassar and his panel including Vishal, Karthi and others have taken on a strong opposition from Sarath Kumar winning the elections last year. From then on, Vishal has been very active in monitoring the Nadigar Sangham initiatives including construction of their own office building.

‘I will soon start to act a feature film to raise the fund for Sangham. I am doing the project for free without taking any form of remuneration. Karthi also accepted to play major role in this movie which will have cameos from Suriya, Jiiva, Jayam Ravi and others. All the profits made by this movie are to be diverted to Nadigar Sangham activities,’ Vishal informed.
