Allu Sirish is taking a big leap forward in the career by stepping into Malayalam cinema industry and that too acting with Mohan Lal in a war based movie titled ‘1971 – Beyond Borders’  in Kerala which now got its Telugu title as ‘1971 – Bharatha Sarihaddu’ from director Major Ravi.

The film is said to be the fourth installment in Major Mahadevan film series. None other than Mohanlal is reprising Major Mahadevan and an additional father character Major Sahadevan while Allu Sirish and Arunoday Singh are in other leads. Set in the time period of Indo-Pakistani War in 1971, the film is shot majorly in Suratgarh, Rajasthan and Georgia.

‘1971 – Bharatha Sarihaddu’ teaser will go live today at 6PM while the movie is set for a simultaneous release tentatively on April 7th in Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
