Nag, son visit Tirumala temple

Tirumala, Feb 5: Tollywood actor Akkineni Nagarjuna accompanied by his son Akhil and a few fans visited the temple of Venkateswara here on Friday.Nagarjuna who offered prayers at the Vekateswara Swamy temple in the wee hours, was provided VVIP darshan by the temple authorities. He is believed to have prayed for the success of his new film Kedi, which is scheduled to be released on Feb 12, to coincide with Mahasivaratri festival.

Actress Mamta Mohandas is playing opposite Nagarjuna. The film, produced by D Siva Prasad Reddy under the Kamakshi Kala Movies banner is being directed by Kiran. Sandeep Chowta has scored the music for the film.New comer Linda is appearing in a special role in the film. Ankur of Slumdog Millionaire fame is playing the villain.
