Five Movies Confirmed For Sankranthi

There is no surprise to see multiple movies hitting the screens in each festive season and especially during Sankranthi season. This coming Sankranthi season seems to be extra larger than usual with as many as five movies eyeing their way into theatres.

First to announce among five movies is none other than the makers of Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Trivikram's PSPK25. This movie is confirmed to hit the theatres from mid night shows of January 9. Next to declare the release in same season is Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer Jai Simha in the direction of KS Ravi Kumar. Jai Simha is confirmed for January 12.

Third movie in pipeline is Suriya’s Thaana Serndha Koottam. This original Tamil version is confirmed for January 12 as Pongal attraction and the makers are adamant to have a simultaneous release in Telugu as well. We know Suriya has good popularity in Telugu. If they stick to their plans, then the Tamil to Telugu dubbed movie will also release the same day as Jai Simha.

UV Creations production Bhagmathi starring Anushka, Unni Mukundan and Aadhi Pinisetty is also eyeing for a release on Sankranthi. Though they have earlier planned for last week of December release, makers are keen on releasing this movie during Sankranthi. However, an official announcement is yet to come.

Last but not the least, Ravi Teja's Touch Chesi Chudu is also gearing for Sankranthi as per the latest news from reliable sources.

This Sankranthi will be a huge bonanza for movie lovers and festive season can accommodate several movies as proved earlier. We hope it will be a very happy Sankranthi season for all the stakeholders involved.
