Sai Pallavi Kanam Release Date Confirmed

Kanam starring Sai Pallavi and Naga Shourya in lead roles is directed by AL Vijay and produced by Lyca productions. The makers have revealed the release date poster and is confirmed for February 9. The film is based on the relationship between a mother and a four-year old daughter. Premam and Fidaa fame Sai Pallavi is supposedly playing the role of the mother of a four-year old daughter.

Director Vijay has revealed in a recent interview that this movie depicts the sensitive issue of abortion and will be an eye opener. Kanam is being made as a bi-lingual in Telugu and Tamil languages and is titled as Karu in Tamil. This will mark the debut for Naga Shourya in Tamil industry.

Kanam has music rendered by Sam CS while cinematography is handled by Nirav Shah. Both the versions of the movie are geared up for February 9 release worldwide. Trailer of this movie is also expected to come out soon. In the meanwhile, Sai Pallavi’s next straight movie MCA after Fidaa is set to hit theatres this Thursday.
