Star Daughter Experiencing Tense Moments

Expectations are reaching the stars over the debut of Janhvi, Sridevi's elder daughter. Sridevi dreamed of seeing her daughter make her debut on screen and planned it in a lavish manner. However Sridevi passed away in a tragic manner few months ago before Janhvi’s debut film hit the screen.

Janhvi's debut film Dhadak, a remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat is slated for a grand release on July 20th. Janhvi like any newcomer is experiencing tense moments ahead of the film release and even as she is promoting her film, she decided to offer prayers to Almighty for the success of the film. 

Janhvi along with her dad Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi visited Tirumala and offered prayers to Lord Venkatewswara to seek blessings. Sridevi and Khushi were clad in traditional attire and after having the darshan they posed for the snaps. 

Temple authorities received them in a cordial manner and offered them teerth prasad after performing special poojas. Dhadak directed by Shashank Khaitan stars Janhvi and Ishaan Khattar, half-brother of Shahid Kapoor in lead roles.
