Safest Film Of This Week, Any Guesses?

Can you guess the safest film out of all the films hitting the screens this week? Adivi Sesh’s Goodachari, Sushanth’s Chi La Sow, Brand Babu, Manyam, Sivakasipuram, Tharuvatha Yevaru and Yuvatharam are the films releasing on August 3rd.

Goodachari and Chi La Sow are the only films featuring notable stars, wherein all the other films are made with either newcomers or with not so popular actors. While Goodachari is a high budget film, Chi La Sow is ultimately the safest film of this week because of low budget spent on it.

Guess what, Chi La Sow is made on mere 1 crore budget and the film is expected to make somewhere around 5 Cr business, including satellite rights. It is heard that, Nagarjuna who’s releasing his nephew’s film under Annapurna Studios is said to have recommended Star Maa to acquire satellite rights of the film for 1 crore. 

The deal is expected to close shortly. So, the film’s budget will be recovered through satellite business alone. Producers are likely to enjoy huge profits with theatrical, digital and other rights.

Ruhani Sharma played Sushanth’s love interest in Chi La Sow that marks directorial debut of young hero Rahul Ravindran. Vennela Kishore has played an important role in the rom-com which has music scored by Prasanth R Vihari.
