VD Konda Firm No To Star Director!

Vijay Deverakonda, with a string of hits like Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam turned out to be genex super star. Currently he is busy with films like Taxiwala, NOTA and Dear Comrade. 

Now rumors are spreading that Vijay Deverakondae rejected a crazy offer under the direction of star director. This came as a surprise as almost all actors love to star under the direction of ace director Maniratnam. 

It is known that Maniratnam is coming up with an action entertainer Chekka Chivantha Vaanam titled as Nawaab in Telugu. The film starred Aravind Swamy, Simbu, Vijay Sethupati, Arun Vijay, Jyothika, Aditi Rao Hydari in important roles. Inside talk is Maniratnam contacted Vijay Devarekonda for a key role in the film but he rejected it much to the shock of all. 

Inside talk is Vijay rejected the role as the makers offered him less remuneration. He also felt that he will not get much screen presence for his role under so many high profile stars. Buzz is the makers finally offered that role to Simbu.
