Ram Gopal Varma is top trending in two Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with his controversial film Lakshmi's NTR in which he is portraying AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and NTR family members as the backstabbers of senior NTR.
Following this, TDP activist Devi Babu Chowdhary lodged a complaint against Lakshmi's NTR to ElEction Commission seeking postponement of its release till the completion of the elEctions in two Telugu states alleging that the film is paining Chandra Babu, current AP CM as a villain and it may motivate people to vote against TDP and for opposition Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP.
Now, Chief ElEction Commissioner Rajath Kumar, reacting for the first time on the entire controversy said, “Will chEck if the content influences the voters or elEction result, whether if it violates Model Code of Conduct? A dEcision will be taken only after reaching a conclusion.”
The question is will Ec give shock to RGV's Lakshmi's NTR and if so how will RGV who announced that he will release the film even if he dies, react to it.
