Journey Of Jersey: 70 Days Practice Plus

Nani was criticized for doing routine kind of films and roles. So, as to prove a point that, he too can do experiments, Nani is doing a sports drama film Jersey. The film where he is playing the role of an aspiring cricketer Arjun is alleged to be biopic period film based on late cricketer Raman Lamba.

Today, they released a video called Journey Of Jersey which showcases the hard work Nani put in to play the most challenging role in his career. The journey begins with Nani practicing his shots in supervision of a coach. The shoot as shown in the video commenced after Nani’s 70 days of hard practice in nets.

Nearly 250 cast and crew worked for the film and the cricket battle is shot for 24 days. 2 International Cricket ground and 5 domestic cricket grounds are used to shot. 130 professional cricket players and 18 professional cricket players from England took part in it. The video also shows Nani’s injury during shoot.

Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, Jersey features Shraddha Srinath in female lead role. The film is slated for worldwide release on April 19th.
