Buzz and hype over the promotions of the film are gauged by the response they get on social media. Almost all the filmmakers go on boasting that their first look, trailer, and teaser got a record a million views, likes within 24 hours and the songs have been viewed by many on Youtube.

Stars are of the opinion that this is the current trend and fans are creating hungama over it. However, it is coming out that there is a Youtube views mafia behind real-time views and organized views on Youtube.

There could be over 1.80cr people who might have watched an extraordinary film like Baahubali. Over 4 cr people might be using Youtube in two Telugu states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Of them, ten percent may be watching Telugu film content on social media.

So any film teaser or trailer views shouldn't cross 4 million views and it shouldn't cross 8 million views if one assumes that people watched them twice. However, almost all Telugu film's teasers and trailers are crossing one million views easily. But small heroes films are not getting those minimum million views.

Talk is going on that few top stars and rich heroes are buying those million views spending a whopping amount as a part of film promotions. This is now spreading like a virus across the country. One should realize that even if a trailer or teaser gets a million views on social media due to paid promotions, the film may not do well in theatres.
