Troubles for 'Vedam' in Amalapauram.

Amalapuram Saroja, the sex worker character in the movie of ‘Vedam’ has received good response from various sections of audience. Anushka’s appearance as ‘Amalapuram Saroja’ may be liked by all those beauty lovers, but here is a section of people from Amalapuram in East Godavari district who raised severe criticism against director Krish for naming a prostitute with the the title of Amalapuram.   

Few of the Women Organizations are known to have shown their protests befor the theatres where ‘Vedam’ was screend in Amalapuram. A serious warning was even issued to Producer and Director to immediately change the name of this Amalapuram Saroja character else they are soon to approach the Human Rights Commission and Judiciary to take necessarya ction for hurting the sentiments of Amalapuram people.

Let us see, how will this issue help ‘Vedam’ in getting extra publicity.
