Nag heroine rejects to be a prostitute

After the much hyped prostitute role of Saroja in Vedam, Anushka is all wooed by Manchu Manoj and Simbu to take the same in Tamil remake which is known to be titled as ‘Vaanam.’ As Anushka hasn’t officially committed for the role till now, producer RB Chowdary is learnt to be eyeing on all possible alternatives.

If few sources already suggested the name of Taapsee, now the new name Mamta Mohandas, the ‘Kedi’ girl of Nagarjuna has sprouted up in the market. These sources say that, Mamta didn’t show any interest even for the Telugu version when Krish approached her before the start of shooting. Mamta who has shown regrets for her missing the Telugu chance may accept the same in Tamil only if Anushka stays back.
