Balakrishna launches Asian Tarakarama

Natasimha Balakrishna today launched the new look Tarakarama theatre in an extravagant manner. The theatre now underwent a name change to Asian Tarakarama and got a sophisticated look. It is known that Tarakarama theatre has a lot of memorable moments with movie lovers and history is associated with it.

Tarakarama Theatre located at Kachiguda was ransacked by the Congress after the assassination of former PM Rajiv Gandhi i in 1991. It was reopened in 1995 and the management started screening films. Ten years back Suneil Narag of Asian Cinemas renovated the theatre and is now well equipped with 4K projection but with reduced seating capacity.

Balakrishna after inaugurating the theatre recollected his family's association with the theatre and how his father Sr NTR with a great vision came up with the theatre and how his son Mokshagna's naming ceremony was performed in the theatre.
