Bimbisara braces for World Television Premiere

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram revived himself with his period action entertainer Bimbisara. The film turned out to be the biggest hit in Kalyan Ram's career. According to the latest information, Bimbisara is all set for worldwide television premieres on Zee Telugu during the New Year.

The film which is the first of the trilogy is directed by Mallidi Vasishta and featured Kalyan Ram in the role of the cruel emperor Bimbisara and also as a youngster. The film traveled in two timelines and starred Catherine Tresa, and Samyuktha Menon as the female lead.

Mani Sharma scored the music while, Warina Hussain, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, Srinivasa Reddy, Prakash Raj, Sai Kiran and Ayyappa Sharma played important roles. Kalyan Ram's performance, body language, dialogue delivery and expressions, and Mallidi Vasishta story, screenplay, and direction won the appreciation of one and all. Harikrishna produced the film on the NTR Arts banner.
