Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday stated that only a few businessmen with vested interests were against the formation of Telangana while the demand was supported by the Telugu speaking people across the state.

Addressing the gathering at a function to mark the Audio Release of the film ‘Jai Bolo Telangana’, KCR said that the demand of a separate state was favoured by people of all the three regions which make up Andhra Pradesh.

The TRS chief also said that though the state would be bifurcated in the future, the people of Telangana and Seemandhra states would be united.

KCR also said that the film ‘Jai Bolo Telangana’ was essentially an image of the soul of Telangana. He also lauded the efforts of the film’s director Shankar for capturing the soul of Telangana in the movie.

Balladeer Gaddar told the gathering that his Telangana Praja Front has taken upon itself the task of uniting the people of the region while it was up to KCR to bring them together politically.
